What led you to your career at Innovative Mortgage Solutions?
I have worked in collections for several years, and during this time I found that helping people get out of some of the most difficult situations was extremely satisfying. I felt that I needed a change but still wanted to help people and had always been fascinated with the mortgage broker industry. I felt at home meeting with the team at Innovative Mortgage Solutions as it was obvious to me that they were looking for individuals with similar values to the team and not just somebody to do a job.
What part of your role speaks most to your personality?
I believe that being a people person in an industry where you get to meet and work with different people will aid me in finding solutions for our clients.

I would be a crispy buffalo chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo.
