What led you to your career at Innovative Mortgage Solutions?
Since 2015, I have had the pleasure of watching Innovative grow as a company and with that, my position underwent some changes as well. What started off as a dual role in administration and marketing progressed into a purely marketing-oriented role. From there, our marketing department grew and I was happy to move into the newly created position of Marketing Manager.
What part of your role speaks most to your personality?
I really enjoy learning about what drives people, why they make the decisions that they make and what they are looking for when deciding on a particular service or organization. I have always been a strategic thinker so I love the long-term planning aspect of my job and figuring out the best ways to grow our department along with the business.
