You have the option of joining our team and enjoying the full benefit of being an Innovative broker. Or, you can choose to opt-in to our comprehensive document collection and underwriting service. We offer this service on a file-by-file basis, so you are never committing to a full-time salary or wage for this type of support; it’s simply there when you need it.
When you opt-in for this service, we take the following tasks off your plate: Upfront document collection, lender submission, prepping approval letters, collecting and satisfying outstanding conditions, building down payment packages, ordering appraisals, and following up with solicitors to ensure instructions were received in a timely manner.

– Working with inbound leads, online, by phone, or in person and converting these to solid mortgage applications/approvals.
– Developing relationships with partners and referral sources to generate new business.
– Educating yourself on current mortgage products & industry knowledge.
– Excellent communication skills in an English-speaking role (additional languages considered an asset).
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
– Meticulous attention to detail.
– Proven customer service experience.
